If you don’t see the Certify button on your audit submission:
Check these common reasons:
You are not listed as the Certifying Official.
Only the designated Certifying Official can complete certification.
You can check or update the official under “Certifying Official” in the General Information section (or in the user access panel for the saved submission).
The submission is not in the correct status.
The Certify button only appears once all required sections are marked complete.
Ensure all sections show a green checkmark.
Solution:
Have the Certifying Official log in and complete the certification.
If the wrong person is listed, update the Certifying Official or contact the helpdesk for support.
