Certification must be completed by two separate individuals:
1. Auditor Certification:
Must be completed by someone from the auditing firm who conducted the audit. This person confirms the audit content is accurate and complete.
2. Auditee Certification:
Must be completed by the Certifying Official for the auditee—usually a financial officer or administrator with authority to represent the organization.
Important:
These roles must use different email addresses.
The same person cannot certify both sides, even if they work with both entities.
Only users assigned to these roles can access the Certify buttons. If you need to update the Certifying Official, use the General Information tab or the User Access panel.
