Thanks for contacting the FAC. To delete an “In Progress” audit from your Submission home screen, follow these steps:
- Locate the audit in the “Audits in Progress” area on your Submission home screen.
- Click on the “Delete” button for the corresponding audit. This button will appear as a red trashcan icon in the far-right column.
If you encounter difficulties using the delete feature, it may be because the audit is not in the “In Progress” status. Audits in other states, such as “Ready for Certification,” “Auditor Certified,” or “Auditee Certified,” cannot be deleted directly.
To delete such an audit follow these steps:
- Unlock the report to return the audit to the “In Progress” state.
- Once it is in the “In Progress” state, use the delete feature as described above.
Audits which have been submitted and accepted cannot be deleted using this feature.
