If your Tribal entity selected the suppression option on the Tribal Data Release Form, your audit data will be kept private.
The language in the Auditor Certification Checklist applies to all submissions and includes the statement:
"The full reporting package and auditor's report may be shared publicly by the FAC or the report auditee, as required by Uniform Guidance."
This does not mean your specific submission will be published. Tribal entities have the right to suppress public disclosure, as provided under Uniform Guidance, and the Tribal Data Release Form exists to document this election.
If suppression was selected on your form, your submission remains confidential. Only authorized federal agency users will be able to view it. The certification checklist language does not override your data-sharing election.
