If you need to update or replace your audit report PDF after uploading it:
1. Unlock the submission
Go to the submission dashboard.
Click the Unlock button next to the audit.
This returns it to editable “In Progress” status.
2. Delete the existing file
Go to the Audit Package section.
Click the trash can icon to remove the uploaded PDF.
3. Upload your corrected file
Use the Upload button to add the new version of the PDF.
Confirm that the correct file is now listed.
Note:
If the audit has already been certified or submitted, you’ll need to unlock it first to replace the file.
