Summary of Steps:

Create a Submission
Start a new audit by entering your entity UEI, Audit Year, and Entity Info.

Add Contacts
Enter or confirm your Auditor and Auditee Certifying Officials.
These individuals must have Login.gov accounts.

Enter Audit Info
Provide required data about your financial statements and federal program awards.

Upload Required Files
Upload a PDF of the full audit report.
Upload SF-SAC workbooks as Excel files using the required templates.

Certify
The Auditor Certifying Official certifies first.
The Auditee Certifying Official certifies second.

Submit
After both certifications, the Auditee must submit the audit to FAC after reviewing the checklist.

Confirmation
Once accepted, the status will update to “Accepted” in your Submission Dashboard. In 24 hours, you will find the submission in a search of the FAC database.
