No. The FAC system only accepts audits that are required under 2 CFR 200 Subpart F, which applies to non-federal entities such as:
State and local governments
Tribes
Nonprofit organizations
Institutions of higher education
For-profit entities are not subject to Subpart F and should not submit audits through the FAC.
